IES is seeking an Electrical Estimator in Houston to support operations and ensure quality across projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors while maintaining thorough records and contributing to efficiency improvements.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of estimator experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to meet customer expectations and safety standards on site.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable systems or software.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks including MVR where applicable.
• English speaking, reading, and writing required or expected for job duties.
