Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Commissioning Assistant Project Manager to oversee general management for electrical and/or specialty systems QAQC and commissioning scopes, under the guidance of the Project or Program Manager. The ideal candidate has a PC-based skill set and knowledge of electrical construction, with 1–2 years experience in project or commissioning management.

Typical schedule includes 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with potential travel and flexible hours to meet business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience with commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Travel of 75–100% is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to obtain materials for construction projects.
• Participate in performance reviews and assist in wage determinations with the Project Manager.
• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects to meet profitability and timelines.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings to coordinate activities.
• Review outgoing estimates with the Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Visit job sites to ensure progress and support safe behavior.
• Perform other related duties as required.
