Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for operations of the electrical business class including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
• Lead and coordinate services with other business classes.
• Involve in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
• Engage with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues.
• Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management.
• Implement and monitor company policy.
• Select, train and manage technical personnel.
