Electrical BIM Specialist

Role description

Arcadis is seeking an Electrical BIM Specialist to join our American Engineering and Design Team as we continue to grow our team of skilled BIM Managers throughout North America. Come Join Us!

Role accountabilities

1. Plan and allocate project work to ensure timely delivery and effective resource utilization, collaborating with internal team members and communicating with project stakeholders.
2. Assist BIM and Electrical department leads in creating Revit Electrical content and developing BIM workflows.
3. Work with Electrical team members to troubleshoot issues, create Revit families, set up BIM training, and attend daily MEP meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience working within a BIM environment.
2. Experience in defining BIM outcomes and setting up BIM Protocols and Execution Plans.
3. Strong communication skills with stakeholders and technical support capabilities.
4. Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, MS Office.
5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management, IT, or equivalent experience.
