POSITION - ELECTRICAL BIM SPECIALIST

Role description:

Arcadis is seeking an Electrical BIM Specialist to join our American Engineering and Design Team as we continue to grow our team of skilled BIM Managers throughout North America. Come Join Us!

Role accountabilities:

1. Plan and allocate assigned project work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilization of resources. Work collaboratively with internal team members to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution, as well as provide communication to related project members regarding the process, changes, and resolution of issues.
2. Assist the Arcadis BIM and Electrical department leads in creating Revit Electrical content and developing BIM workflows.
3. Work with Electrical team members by troubleshooting issues, creating Electrical Revit families upon request, setting up discipline-specific BIM training, and attending daily MEP meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience working within a BIM environment and applications.
• Experience in defining BIM outcomes as well as setting up and coordinating a BIM Protocol and Execution Plan.
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders, providing support and technical help when required.
• Technical proficiency in Revit, Autodesk BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Aided Design, Information Management, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Our paid holidays include nine days, with 15 days of PTO accruing annually. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $120,947, based on experience, education, and other factors.
