The Role

As a Modeler or BIM Specialist, you will create accurate BIM models for trades such as Architecture, Structure, or MEP. Your responsibilities include reviewing specifications and design information to ensure models are constructible and of high quality. You will work independently to identify and resolve conflicts during modeling, ensuring the final product meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Modeling and Design: Develop precise piping models using relevant software, including P&ID detailing. Utilize Revit or similar tools as applicable.
2. Review and Analysis: Analyze project documents, such as discipline specifications and submittals, to ensure quality, accuracy, and constructibility.
3. Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve conflicts during modeling and project coordination to meet client requirements.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in electrical design and modeling.

Software Skills: Revit experience is highly desirable.

Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Language Skills: Proficiency or advanced level of English is required.
