Position Description. The Electrical BIM Manager is a critical role within Baker Electric, Inc., a subsidiary of publicly traded EMCOR Group, Inc., and is located in Des Moines, IA. The position will be responsible for overseeing all BIM projects and deadlines, for developing and maintaining department standards, for managing a team of employees in various positions. This individual must have the ability to communicate with 3rd parties, trade partners and field personnel, and to offer technical solutions to field issues in a timely manner, as well as the ability to represent the company to outside groups in various functions, such as recruiting events, promotional events, etc.
