We collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and owners to deliver tailored BIM solutions.

The Role

As a Modeler or BIM Specialist, you will create accurate BIM models for electrical trades. Your responsibilities include reviewing specifications and design information to ensure constructible, high-quality models. You will work independently to identify and resolve conflicts during modeling, ensuring the final product meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Modeling and Design: Develop precise piping models using relevant software, including P&ID detailing, and utilize Revit or similar tools.
2. Review and Analysis: Analyze project documents, such as discipline specifications and submittals, to ensure high-quality, accurate, and buildable designs.
3. Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve potential conflicts during modeling and project coordination to meet client requirements.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in electrical design and modeling.

Software Skills: Revit experience is highly desirable.

Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a proficient or advanced level is required.
