Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking an Electrical BIM Modeler II to develop and manage complex BIM content for electrical systems from design through construction. You will produce coordinated models, support coordination efforts, and maintain BIM standards across projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of electrical BIM modeling experience, proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and strong coordination skills to support field teams and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of electrical BIM / Revit modeling experience.
• Experience producing coordinated construction models.
• Ability to interpret complex construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and maintain electrical BIM models from design through construction documentation.
• Model complex electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Produce coordinated sheets, views, schedules, and construction documentation.
