Job summary

ESI Electrical Contractors, Inc. seeks a drafting-focused professional to create and manage detailed 3D representations of electrical components using Revit and AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks.

You will utilize 2D layouts from the team to build 3D content, perform clash detection, and support prefabrication while ensuring alignment with project goals. Responsibilities include producing 3D models, shop drawings, and installation details, translating design intent to actionable models, and updating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with drafting courses.
• 1–2 years of technical training preferred.
• Basic knowledge of architectural drafting tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, shop drawings, and spool drawings for Electrical systems.
• Utilize Navisworks or similar program to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Translate design intent into constructible models for field teams.
• Generate detailed shop drawings and prefabrication sheets from the 3D model.
• Update project documentation with field AS-Built conditions.
