Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. seeks a mid-level Electrical BIM Modeler II to develop and manage complex BIM content from design through construction. This role builds on foundational modeling skills with coordination responsibilities and independence, delivering accurate, constructible models.

You will support coordination across trades, enforce BIM standards, review RFIs, and help maintain project BIM workflows using Revit and Navisworks on large commercial or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of electrical BIM / Revit modeling experience.
• Demonstrated experience producing coordinated construction models.
• Ability to interpret complex construction documents and specifications.
• Exposure to BIM coordination environments on large commercial or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electrical BIM models from design through construction documentation phases.
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural trades.
• Enforce and follow BIM standards, templates, and naming conventions; perform self-checking.
• Provide guidance to Tier I BIM Modelers and assist in onboarding junior team members.
