Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical BIM Modeler II to develop and manage complex electrical BIM content across design and construction phases.

The role emphasizes coordination with multiple trades, model accuracy, and adherence to project BIM standards. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of electrical BIM/Revit experience, the ability to work independently, and a technical degree in construction management or electrical technology.

Qualifications

• The job requires 2–5 years of electrical BIM / Revit modeling experience.
• Experience producing coordinated construction models is preferred.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electrical BIM models from design through construction documentation.
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, structural and architectural trades.
• Run clash detection workflows using Navisworks and resolve issues.
• Enforce BIM standards and maintain model quality and organization.
• Mentor Tier I BIM Modelers and assist in onboarding.
