Responsibilities

• Generate quantity takeoffs and support project documentation.
• Update and manage BIM models, file exchanges, and milestone submissions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and field teams to deliver coordinated models.

Are you an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler looking to work on exciting commercial construction projects? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks to join a growing team that values collaboration, innovation, and quality.

What You'll Do:

✔ Develop and maintain electrical BIM models throughout the construction lifecycle

✔ Perform constructability reviews and clash detection using Navisworks

✔ Coordinate with project teams through weekly BIM coordination meetings

✔ Generate quantity takeoffs and support project documentation

✔ Update and manage BIM models, file exchanges, and milestone submissions

✔ Collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and field teams to deliver coordinated models

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
• 1+ year of BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience
• 1+ year of 3D modeling experience
• Associate degree in CAD or related field preferred
• Proficiency with:

• Navisworks Manage
• Microsoft Office
