Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group seeks an experienced BIM Lead Coordinator to manage electrical BIM processes on construction projects. You will lead model development, clash detection, and coordinate with architecture, structural, and MEP teams, ensuring quality and compliance with NEC and project standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing 3D model coordination, maintaining documentation, mentoring junior staff, and leading coordination meetings to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Oversee BIM coordination for electrical systems on construction projects.
• Lead clash detection and coordinate resolution with other trades.
• Maintain up-to-date BIM models, drawings, and documentation per standards.
• Mentor junior BIM modelers and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure models comply with NEC and BIM execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating BIM efforts across disciplines.
• Manage model quality and constructability reviews.
• Prepare coordination meeting reports and issue logs.
• Support implementation of new BIM technologies and best practices.
