Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group is seeking a BIM Lead Coordinator to manage the development, coordination, and implementation of BIM processes for electrical systems on construction projects. The role involves leading coordination meetings, ensuring model accuracy, and collaborating with architects, structural, and MEP teams.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of BIM coordination experience in electrical contracting or construction, and BIM certifications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 or ACC.
• Familiarity with point cloud integration, prefabrication workflows, and field-to-BIM technologies.
• Familiarity with Evolve software preferred.
• Understanding of NEC and other applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical BIM Coordination: oversee production, review, and coordination of 3D electrical models.
• Perform clash detection and resolution with Navisworks.
• Maintain up-to-date BIM models and drawings per standards.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders as BIM lead.
• Ensure models comply with client requirements and BIM execution plans.
• Perform quality control of models and drawings for constructability and code compliance.
• Mentor and train junior BIM staff and promote best practices.
• Prepare coordination meeting reports, issue logs, and status updates.
