Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks an experienced BIM Lead Coordinator to oversee BIM processes for electrical systems on construction projects. The role focuses on leadership of the electrical BIM team, coordination across disciplines, and ensuring model quality and code compliance.

The position requires proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and knowledge of NEC standards, to support design-build projects in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years BIM coordination experience in electrical contracting or construction.
• Strong background in electrical systems design and install.
• Experience with design-build or construction environments is a plus.
• BIM certifications preferred (e.g., Autodesk CM-BIM).

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical BIM coordination across disciplines and projects.
• Oversee production, review, and coordination of 3D electrical models.
• Run clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other trades.
• Maintain up-to-date BIM models and associated documentation.
• Mentor junior BIM modelers and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare coordination meeting reports and issue logs.
• Ensure models comply with NEC and project standards.
