Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks an experienced BIM Lead Coordinator to oversee electrical BIM processes on construction projects. You will lead coordination, review 3D electrical models, and ensure alignment with disciplines.

Responsibilities include clash detection, model maintenance, stakeholder liaison, and reporting. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BIM coordination for electrical systems and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Familiarity with point cloud integration, prefabrication workflows, and field-to-BIM tech.
• BIM certifications (Autodesk CP/CM-BIM) preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical standards.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical BIM coordination across projects.
• Run clash detection and resolve issues with other trades.
• Maintain up-to-date BIM models and drawings per standards.
• Mentor and train junior BIM staff.
• Prepare coordination reports and logs.
