Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. seeks an Electrical BIM Detailer in Atlanta, GA, to develop detailed installation drawings and prefabrication documents for hyperscale data center projects.

You will collaborate with BIM teams and field leadership to ensure accurate and efficient construction. You will detail electrical systems, conduit racks, and installation components, preparing spool sheets and material takeoffs for shop and field use.

Qualifications

• Experience detailing electrical systems for an electrical contractor.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks familiarity preferred.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and coordinated models.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated electrical shop drawings, installation details, sections, and layouts from project models.
• Detail conduit racks, equipment connections, supports, sleeves, and other electrical installation components.
• Prepare prefabrication drawings, spool sheets, and material takeoffs to support shop production and field installation.
• Collaborate with project teams and field supervisors to confirm routing, dimensions, clearances, and sequencing.
• Incorporate RFIs, coordination changes, and field revisions into drawings and closeout documents.
