IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time BIM Detailer for data center projects in Lithia Springs, GA. The role supports BIM Modelers, finishes shop drawings, and contributes to BOMs while ensuring constructible designs and adherence to IES standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in BIM detailing for electrical construction, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. On-site collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in BIM modeling/detailing in electrical construction; data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall assistance to BIM Modelers, including finishing work in progress on large-scale data center projects and producing BOMs.
• Annotates and documents existing BIM models for mission critical/data center projects.
• Collaborates with BIM Modelers to achieve constructible designs.
• Assists with clash detection and resolves conflicts as directed by BIM department.
• Assists in preparing shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-builts to support field teams.
• Supports prefabrication efforts by producing detailed shop drawings for shop fabrication.
• Maintains compliance with project standards, client requirements, and IES quality guidelines.
