IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time BIM Detailer for a data center project in Lithia Springs, Georgia. You will detail electrical systems in 3D using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related BIM tools to support prefabrication and installation.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, clash detection, and coordination with multiple trades. Onsite collaboration and safety compliance are essential components of daily work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in BIM modeling/detailing in electrical construction (data center experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related BIM software.
• Understanding of electrical systems, conduit routing, and constructability in large-scale projects.
• Experience with clash detection, coordination, and collaboration with other trades.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, and markups.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and detailing in 3D electrical systems with other trades using AutoCAD, Trimble, Navisworks and Revit for prefabrication and installation.
• Understand Markups of each system.
• Resolve clashes from BIM Track Issues/Clash Reports.
• Participate in coordination meetings to understand the project and potentially lead it.
• Perform duties as directed by supervisor and comply with safety policies.
• Work on the Project Site and interact with the Project Team and Design Team.
