Contractor Network in Lincoln, NE is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator to own BIM/VDC responsibilities and support safe execution, strong customer service, disciplined project controls, and profitable growth.

The ideal candidate has 4–10+ years in electrical BIM, VDC, coordination, or electrical construction, with Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD proficiency and proven teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical, and field

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical BIM/VDC coordination and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Understanding of commercial electrical systems and installation practices.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and identify constructability conflicts.
• Strong technical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Field electrical or prefabrication experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multi-trade coordination and clash-detection meetings.

• Maintain model standards, file organization, naming conventions, and quality procedures.

A confidential electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Coordinator for its Lincoln, NE market. This opportunity is intended for a proven electrical construction professional who can take ownership of BIM/VDC responsibilities while supporting safe execution, strong customer service, disciplined project controls, and profitable growth. The successful candidate will combine practical electrical construction knowledge with sound judgment, organization, communication, and leadership.

Experience

4–10+ years of electrical BIM, VDC, coordination, or electrical construction experience is preferred.
