Skills

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Advanced proficiency in Navisworks

Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code)

Key Responsibilities

• Model electrical containment, conduit routing, lighting, power systems, and equipment rooms in 3D.
• Lead or participate in the BIM/VDC coordination process to resolve spatial conflicts.
• Produce high-quality electrical shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Maintain alignment with project schedules and engineering standards.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Software Mastery: Advanced, day-to-day proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• US Codes Knowledge: Deep understanding of the NEC (National Electrical Code) and NFPA standards.
• Location: Must be based in the United States (Preference for candidates in the Northeast region).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Previous experience working with specialized electrical subcontractors or top-tier General Contractors
• Field/On-site Experience: Background working directly on construction sites or closely supporting field crews is a major plus.
