Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is recruiting a Lead Maintenance E&A role to manage and develop the site’s electrical and automation teams. You will ensure equipment reliability, lead CAPA investigations, and drive continuous improvement across MES, control systems, and electrical infrastructure.

The position emphasizes safety leadership, regulatory compliance, and project execution, with collaboration across E&A and operations to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 6+ years experience.
• Deep expertise in controls, automation, MES, power distribution, and industrial IT.
• Experience with Rockwell Automation tools and MES environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Maintenance E&A team through coaching and supervision.
• Champion safety culture, conduct audits, ensure LOTO compliance.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical, automation, and process control systems.
• Investigate downtime, CAPA root causes, and implement fixes.
• Maintain and improve automation documentation and standards.
• Oversee calibration program, change control, and MOC requirements.
• Manage projects, vendor relationships, and installation approvals.
