Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Electrical & Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain electrical, automation, MES, and digital systems. You will contribute to troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and project execution with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

The role emphasizes training operators, developing technical documentation, and participating in capital projects, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• P.E. license or PMP certification are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, instrumentation, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering skills through ongoing learning and training programs.
• Assist in competency assessments and training material creation for E&A staff.
• Support process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
