Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Electrical) to support Industrial Construction teams on project sites. The role ensures smooth project execution and quick resolution of issues, reporting to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities include daily diary maintenance, timecard approvals, cost tracking, cycle time compilation, pay item gathering, and timely billing to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management required.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work both in field and office settings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily project diary and help establish project priorities.
• Daily timecard entry and approval.
• Track and record project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory counts.
• Compile cycle times and production information and log for historical data.
• Gather pay item quantities and collect information on extra work items.
• Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow.
