Tiello is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support procurement, documentation, and day-to-day project execution on large electrical projects across Central Florida. The role involves coordinating contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications, while working closely with the Project Manager to keep sites on schedule and on budget.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years on large electrical projects, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Superior communication and organizational development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.
• Experience with Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Sage, and Procore is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.
• Review and coordinate submittals and shop drawings.
• Create and track RFIs.
• Track project budgets and ensure updates are current.
• Coordinate look-ahead schedule planning using Excel.
• Maintain item lists and material expediting schedules.
• Assist Project Manager as needed.
