Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking candidates for Assembly | Electrical Assembly roles in Telford, TN. The positions run on multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with a pay range of $19–$20.70 per hour, full-time but temp-to-hire, and weekly pay.

No screening fees and optional affordable insurance are highlighted. Duties include reading CAD drawings, assembling PC boards and wire harnesses, using basic hand tools, conducting electrical tests per instructions, and maintaining quality by applying

Qualifications

1 year of related work experience or more.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to use basic hand tools.
Basic math and reading skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
Hand dexterity.

Responsibilities

Scan manufacturing order operations.
Read and interpret CAD drawings to determine materials needed.
Install components such as PCB boards, wire harnesses, grommets, clips, washers and bearings.
Use small hand tools and color vision to select wires by color/length.
Electric test units per assembly instructions (potential minor exposure to electrical shock).
Perform basic math to complete stock transit tickets for transferring material.
Identify quality improvements and apply feedback to improve performance.
