Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for an Industrial Assembly | Production Pumps position in Johnson City, TN. The role involves standing for long periods, crane-assisted lifting of hose reels, and assembling components for RAM pumps, with a heavy emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The position is full-time and long-term temporary (3–6 months), offering $17 per hour, with weekly pay and shift options starting early morning. Prior light industrial experience is preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some previous light industrial experience.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist and reach.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stand for long periods while performing assembly work.
• Assemble large hose reels using crane-assisted lifting.
• Handle and position heavy, awkward components.
• Build smaller RAM pumps requiring strength and endurance.
• Maintain efficiency with physically demanding materials.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
