Aufgaben

• Scan manufacturing order operations.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings to determine materials needed.
• Install components such as PCB boards, wire harnesses, grommets, clips, washers and bearings.
• Use small hand tools and color vision to select wires by color/length.
• Electric test units per assembly instructions (potential minor exposure to electrical shock).
• Perform basic math to complete stock transit tickets for transferring material.
• Identify quality improvements and apply feedback to improve performance.

Job Duties for Assembly | Electrical Assembly

• Scan manufacturing order operations
• Follow oral and written work instructions and read and interpret CAD drawings to determine materials needed
• Install components such as PC boards, wire harnesses, rubber isolation grommets, c-clips distance washers and ball bearings
• Use variety of small hand tools and use color vision to select wires of specified color, marking or length
• Incur minor potential exposure to electrical shock while electrically testing each unit according to assembly instructions
• Perform basic math skills to complete stock transit ticket to transfer material
• Look for ways to improve and promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance
