Job summary

SPX Technologies in the United States is seeking an Assembler for our Electric Heat division. You will assemble heater unit components and fabricate parts per work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications.

You will lay out electrical installations, drill and mount control units, attach breakers and sensors, and perform tests to ensure performance and safety. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 months related experience or training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; work in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembler heater unit components per work orders, blueprints, and engineering specs.
• Lay out electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
• Install and wire thermostats and other options.
• Test and adjust electrical components; discuss issues with supervision or engineering.
