Aerotek in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to build and wire industrial chiller systems. You will work hands-on with electrical components, control panels, motors, sensors, and high‑voltage wiring, reading schematics to lay out wiring from start to finish on a four‑day work week.

Are you an experienced electrician, electrical assembler, panel builder, or electrical technician looking for a long-term opportunity?

We are hiring Electrical Assembly Technicians to build and wire industrial chiller systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with electrical components, control panels, motors, sensors, and high‑voltage wiring while building equipment used in industrial and commercial applications.

What You'll Do

• Wire and assemble electrical systems from start to finish

• Install components including relays, contactors, motors, sensors, and control panels

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints

• Perform testing and basic troubleshooting

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

• Work closely with production and engineering teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience with electrical assembly, panel wiring, or industrial electrical work

• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
