Job summary

Aerotek in Centennial, CO is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to build and wire high-value machinery for packaging operations. You will work from blueprints, assemble panels and harnesses, and troubleshoot equipment before it reaches customers.

This contract-to-hire role is onsite in Centennial with a 5:00 AM–1:30 PM schedule and pay of $24.78/hour. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in electrical or mechanical assembly, ability to read schematics, and proficiency with test

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience.
• Hands-on wiring experience (panels, harnesses, terminations).
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with hand and power tools, plus test equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and troubleshooting practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire electrical systems, panels, and assemblies using blueprints and schematics.
• Perform custom wiring, conduit bending, and harness assembly.
• Troubleshoot wiring, control panels, and machine components.
• Test systems using multimeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Route wiring cleanly for functionality and maintenance.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and final testing.
• Follow all safety and quality standards, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.

Electrical Assembly Technician

Pay: $24.78/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.78 - $24.78/hr.
