Qualifications

• Reading, writing and understanding work instructions, safety info, and training materials in English.
• 2+ years experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment preferred, especially in assembly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift 25–50 lbs.
• Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build product in a timely and cost-effective manner while meeting quality specifications.
• Perform quality checks on parts.
• Learn about building materials and technical terms for growth.
• Follow job tracking procedures and company safety guidelines.
