Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assembly I - Electrical to join our onsite manufacturing team. You will build high-quality electrical components, follow specifications, and participate in Lean initiatives to support operational excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years in a fast-paced environment (preferred), and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer a safety-focused, collaborative workplace and a comprehensive benefits package.

As an Assembler, you’ll build high-quality electrical components that power our end product. Your hands-on skill, precision, and commitment to safety ensure our products are built correctly, efficiently, and reliably while directly supporting operational excellence and company growth.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build product in the correct, timely and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on parts.

Qualifications

• Preferred - 2-years experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment, preferably in an assembly role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• This role requires reading, writing, and understanding work instructions, safety info, and training materials in English.
• Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
• Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
