Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Miamisburg, OH is hiring for an Assembly II, Electrical - 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm). This onsite role involves building electrical components, ensuring quality and safety, and contributing to operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Candidates must have electrical assembly experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read, write and follow English instructions, and lift 25–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly with hands-on component building.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write and understand work instructions in English.
• Ability to pull, push, lift and move materials 25–50 lbs.
• Experience with hand tools, small power tools and basic machinery.
• Strong communication, detail‑orientation and safe work practices.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build product in the correct, timely and cost‑effective manner per specs.
• Perform quality checks on parts and assemblies.
• Learn materials and terminology for ongoing growth.
• Follow all job tracking procedures and safety guidelines.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
