• Experience in electrical assembly.
• Reading, writing and understanding English safety and training materials.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform manual handling.
• Proficient with hand tools and small power tools.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Committed to safety and continuous improvement.
