Regal Rexnord is expanding its Arlington, TX facility. We seek an Electrical Assembly Lead to collaborate with the Production Supervisor and leaders to build this new plant.

You will lead the electrical assembly team, ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals, and drive Lean processes while adhering to ISO standards. Responsibilities include daily tier meetings, work instruction compliance, and investigations along with promoting Regal Rexnord values.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma/certifications in electrical or manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of directly related manufacturing experience in electrical panel/switchgear assembly.
• Experience leading a crew of assemblers/technicians with coaching and feedback.
• Strong knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear assembly, wiring, and testing; reading schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot practical electrical/mechanical problems on the line.
• Adherence to Regal Rexnord Values: integrity, responsibility, urgency, and customer success.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. As we expand into a new facility near Arlington, TX, we’re seeking an exceptional Electrical Assembly Lead to work closely with our Production Supervisor and the other leaders to build and grow this new facility.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Lead Hand will ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and values.

Lead department in a shift to ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals are met consistently.

• Lead the electrical assembly with the preparation and setup of workstations and materials for daily tasks.
• Update and lead the daily tier meetings with associates in accordance with RBS standards.
• Ensure work instructions, standards, and specifications related to tasks being completed are followed.
• Promote and practice Lean manufacturing processes as per RBS standards.
• Follow and drive consistent compliance with site ISO standards and practices.
• Participate proactively in Quality inspections of products to verify adherence to standards.
• Ensure all EHS procedures, goals, and site initiatives are followed consistently.
• Proactively promote the Regal Business Systems (RBS) and Values.
• Collaborate with extended team on investigations related to Safety, Quality, and other issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or GED required, technical diploma/certifications in electrical, manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related manufacturing experience in electrical panel/switchgear assembly
• Experience leading a crew of assemblers/technicians: assigning work, giving instructions, coaching, and providing performance feedback.
• Strong knowledge in low/medium voltage switchgear assembly, wiring, and testing including reading complex electric schematics and work instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve practical electrical and mechanical problems on the line with limited standardization or precedent.

Additional Requirements

• Must successfully complete employer-provided training during the first 6 weeks of onboarding; company will assist with travel documentation as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to accurately prepare and enter data into spreadsheets.
• Ability to work overtime when required

Location : Arlington, TX

Pay : $29-35/hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 5:45AM-4:15PM
