Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Assembler III - 2nd Shift to join the El Paso, TX team. The hourly rate is $19.00 plus a $1 shift differential, with eligibility for a variable incentive plan. Shift: 4:00pm-12:45am.

The Assembler III performs assembly of switchboards and subassemblies using tools like an impact gun, sidewinder, and drill, while ensuring quality and safety. Flexibility to work other functions is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of internal switchboard manufacturing experience or 2 Assembler II certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards and subassemblies per instructions and drawings.
• Operate tools (impact gun, sidewinder, drill) for assembly.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S procedures.
• Assist with testing preparation and final inspection.
• Flex into other functions and work with urgency.
