RTX's Collins Aerospace unit in Bellevue, IA is seeking an Onsite Manufacturing Technician to assemble and install avionics hardware. You will solder, inspect, and maintain quality under supervision, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience; manufacturing exposure and ability to read schematics are highly valued.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required, or vocational/technical education with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as soldering and hardware installation after training/certification.
• Inspect own work under supervision to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Meet productivity and customer deadlines.
• Follow Raytheon Technologies EH&S, ethics, quality and attendance rules.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits and training as required.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and report progress to lead/supervisor.
