Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post coating after training/certification.
• Inspect own work to ensure it meets workmanship, engineering requirements and design specifications.
• Meet productivity goals to satisfy customer deadlines.
• Follow Raytheon Technologies policies on EH&S, ethics, quality and attendance.
• Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits.
• Maintain clean and orderly materials, equipment, and workspace.
• Report progress to lead or supervisor and complete assigned tasks.
