Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post coating under close supervision.
• Inspect own work to ensure it meets workmanship standards and design specs.
• Meet productivity expectations to satisfy customer deadlines.
• Comply with Raytheon Technologies' Environmental Health and Safety, ethics, quality, and attendance rules.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives and audits.
• Acquire applicable skills/certifications and complete trainings as required.
