Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Read schematics or technical drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post coating after training.
• Inspect own work under close supervision to ensure quality and conformance.
• Meet productivity expectations to support customer deadlines.
• Follow Raytheon Technologies' EH&S, Ethics, Quality, and attendance rules.
• Assist in cost reduction and continuous improvement efforts as needed.
