Collins Aerospace is hiring an Electrical Assembler I for 1st shift, onsite in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role involves assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical components, interpreting drawings, and performing quality checks to ensure production flow.

The candidate should have a HS diploma or GED and preferably IPC Class III solder certification, with experience in electronics/ aerospace environments. Onsite work with standard safety protocols is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or technical education in related discipline.
• Familiarity with blueprints and electrical assembly is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and BOMs.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, and light machinery.
• Maintain workstation inventory for smooth production flow.
• Perform quality checks and document issues accurately.
• Rework/repair assembled equipment per specs.
• Follow safety and quality standards in a clean work area.
