Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Assembler I for the 1st shift in El Paso, TX. The position pays an hourly rate of $16.76 and works 6:00am to 2:30pm.

The role includes a variable incentive program and requires 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience along with a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include following instructions, handling materials, performing routine equipment maintenance, inspecting products, ensuring safety, and keeping work areas organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1 year of prior manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered; must reside within 50 miles of El Paso, TX facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions from instructions, drawings, or manufacturing info.
• Handle materials following procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment.
• Inspect and test finished products for conformance with specs.
