1 year of prior manufacturing or assembly experience.
No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50-mile radius of Eaton El Paso facility; military exempt from area limit.

Responsibilities

Perform wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting subassemblies and components.
Prepare for test and final inspection; verify electrical/mechanical integrity.
Follow power-checking procedures and maintain quality standards.
Handle materials, perform routine maintenance on equipment, and maintain a clean work area.
Load finished products for shipment and coordinate with carriers.
Observe safety procedures and comply with 5-S practices.
