This day shift (05:00-13:30) position offers hourly pay of $15.32 with potential overtime, hands-on training, and a supportive manufacturing environment focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire panel devices according to electrical schematics.
• Assemble enclosures including motor starters and circuit breakers as per drawings.
• Dimensionally lay out back panels and externally mounted devices.
• Mount devices to back panels and enclosures using drilling and tapping methods.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
