Job summary

iAutomation in Franklin, MA is seeking an Electrical Assembler to construct and install electrical components for industrial equipment and control panels. You will follow drawings, instructions and processes to deliver quality assemblies safely and efficiently.

This hands-on role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing or electrical experience. Training is provided, and you will work on 1st/2nd shifts with wage $21–$23 per hour; the second shift includes a 6%

Job description

The Electrical Assembler is a manufacturing position responsible for assembling and installing electrical components used in industrial equipment and control panels. This role follows established instructions, drawings, and processes to complete quality assemblies safely and efficiently. Prior electronic assembly experience required.

We are looking for individuals who are hands-on, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and parts according to instructions and drawings.
• Install and connect wires, cables, and electrical components.
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Follow established processes and safety procedures.
• Inspect work to ensure components are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.
• Identify and communicate any issues, missing materials, or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Learn new assembly processes, tools, and equipment through on-the-job training.
• After training, following schematics and drawings to build assembly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
