Job summary

The role requires reading wiring diagrams, using hand tools, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Location is in Northwest Houston with full-time hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic electrical assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, basic wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Gather required materials, components, tools, and subassemblies for tasks.
• Position and prepare components for assembly using instructions.
• Cut, strip, and prepare wiring to specified lengths.
• Install insulation materials such as sleeves and shrink tubing.
• Crimp terminals, connectors, and lugs using hand tools.
• Route, bundle, secure, and terminate wiring to connection points.
• Assemble and install basic electrical components like junction boxes and panels.
• Perform basic visual inspections and testing to ensure accuracy.
• Identify defects and communicate with leads for resolution.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Complete production documentation and job tracking.
