This position will be instrumental in creating a field-focused curriculum, developing hands-on lab infrastructure, designing digital online programs and learning experiences, and preparing for the eventual hiring of a full-time director. The position also requires participation in our TradeReady career development prep program geared for High School students preparing to enter the trade workforce. This program will require hands-on activities created focused on electrical related learning objectives. Additionally, online education offerings are to be created, implemented and continuously improved over time to engage industry leading online offerings related to electrical training. The role is ideal for a licensed Master Electrician or electrical educator who thrives in program development, instructional design, and workforce training environments.
