4C2 Electrical Associates LLC is seeking an Apprentice to assist craft workers with a variety of basic physical tasks across multiple Texas cities, including Dallas. The role involves heavy equipment exposure, site setup, material handling, and assisting with installs, repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

Essential demands include willingness to pursue an apprenticeship, ability to work in hazardous conditions, and readiness to travel for assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and/or hold an active apprentice license in the state you are currently working in.
• Understanding of traditional building materials, practices and techniques preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude, including designs, uses, repair and maintenance preferred.
• All employees must provide and maintain the required tool inventory for this position.
• The ability to travel out of town for short or extended periods is a plus.
• Must possess mathematical, mechanical, and technical skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees & customers.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and non-standard schedule: nights, weekends and holidays as/if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist craft workers with basic physical tasks on construction sites.
• Carry tools and materials or help set up equipment as required.
• Assist with installs, repairs, maintenance, and inspections as needed.
• Prepare and clean construction sites and gather materials for workers on site.
• Unload/load materials and read plans and specifications.
• Transport tools and equipment to the work area.
• Operate hand and power tools and equipment safely.
• Work around hazardous materials, heights, and confined spaces.
